If you’re new to chiropractic, this form of natural health care focuses on identifying the joints in the body that aren’t moving correctly. Whether it’s your neck, back or elbow, we’ll focus on getting the joint moving properly. We like to use the analogy of having one wheel of your car misaligned. Though you will be able to drive just fine on it for a while, it doesn’t take long before the wear on that one tire can pull your steering wheel and car so hard that you might end up in the ditch or on coming traffic.

While pain relief is an obvious benefit of chiropractic, we believe that one of the greatest benefits of chiropractic care is giving people the ability to connect with their families. When you’re in pain, it can consume you, you’re not as attentive or plugged into your family, work or church.

Our Techniques
At Connell Chiropractic, we provide mainly manual adjustments with lighter techniques for those who don’t want to experience cracking or popping.
- Diversified – This hands-on technique is appropriate for most cases.
- Activator – This technique uses specific mechanical light pressure over spine.
- Thompson Drop – For low back pain, this technique is ideal as it uses light force.
- Traction Decompression – Computer controlled spinal decompression for discs in the neck or low back.

If you’ve never been under chiropractic care, you may be unsure about what to expect. So you are entirely comfortable, Dr. Connell will walk you through everything. There will never be any surprises. Not sure if you want to get adjusted? That’s okay; we can do a full exam to let you know what’s going on. The worst case scenario is you’ll leave our practice knowing where the problem is; you just have to decide how to fix it. We are here for you and always ready to help!
